Southern Restoration provided top-notch service. They came out quickly and were honest. I'm selling my home and the inspection showed some puddles of free standing water. Part of the DD is that I address the water and dry out the crawl space. Jacob confirmed that there were no leaks in the crawl space and that the under belly was fine, and when Jacob came out several days after we received the inspection report there was no water to be found and the crawl space was already dryed out. The consensus is that the puddles were left over from Hurricane Helene as my house is on a downward slope from the street. I would trust Southern Restoration with any of my damage restoration needs!

Never dealt with a flood in my house before, but having Jacob explain to me the process on restoring my house back to normal, took a lot of weight off my shoulders. So we had an upstairs bathroom that decided to overflow. That took out our kitchen ceiling and most of our flooring upstairs. The guys at Southern Restoration were great at helping us getting our house back to normal. There were some bumps in the road, but these guys are pros and smoothed them out. I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Daniel also dealt very deftly with my insurance company and made sure all the information it and I needed was provided. He helped me understand this information when it got too specialized for me.
