Last Tuesday we found that our water heater expansion tank had a leak and had been spraying water against our closet wall for what appeared to be a few days. We researched local companies and called Southern Restoration. They were very responsive and came out to look at the situation that same day and provided a quote a few hours later. They were then able to get us scheduled that next day. Even though this was probably a very small job in comparison to others they do they did not treat it like that. It was a great experience working with Jacob and his team from start to finish.

I had a leak that came through my kitchen ceiling from my master bath. It was a nightmare! Dealing with insurance company( also a nightmare) and having to move out of my bedroom for 6 months. My project manager was Daniel. I think we probably talked everyday for almost 6 months. No matter what was going on I knew I could call him and he would pick up the phone. I didn’t feel alone in this. This is a great company and I truly believe they care! They have restored my bathroom to its former glory. Even more beautiful than before! Southern Restoration provided top-notch service. They came out quickly and were honest. I'm selling my home and the inspection showed some puddles of free standing water. Part of the DD is that I address the water and dry out the crawl space. Jacob confirmed that there were no leaks in the crawl space and that the under belly was fine, and when Jacob came out several days after we received the inspection report there was no water to be found and the crawl space was already dryed out. The consensus is that the puddles were left over from Hurricane Helene as my house is on a downward slope from the street. I would trust Southern Restoration with any of my damage restoration needs!
