Daniel and his team of local contractors made our kitchen restoration worthwhile after waiting months for insurance to get it together. The team worked kindly and quickly to wrap up as our newborn took center stage in our priorities. It was great trusting his team to meet our needs logistically and there was efficient solution driven decisions made on their part to keep moving forward.

I can’t emphasize enough the quality and helpfulness of all the staff, teams, and contractors, from Southern Restoration, who rebuilt my bathroom, after it suffered damage from a leak that had spread under the tile flooring.From Day 1, when I first called them for assistance, I received prompt and professional response from Jacob, even though his wife was in labor (!). He was still on call to direct the operations, and the extent of the damage was quickly assessed. Southern Restoration coordinated all the claims to my insurance company, and explained the process. This was incredibly welcome and helpful.Their demolition team (Derrick and Si) did a fantastic job, and took out the flooring and cabinets out in no time (a very tough task as it was super hot on those days). They always contacted me before coming in and arrived at the promised time.The repair teams, coordinated by Dani (Daniel B ), the Project Manager, were all as efficient, punctual, professional, respectful, and showed great attention to details.Dani was on top of it at every step of the way, making sure the different parts of the project ran timely and smoothly. He was super transparent and helpful with the budget, and kept me informed of what the insurance covered.I am thrilled with my renovated bathroom and recommend this company highly. I will certainly use their services again, if I need this type of work again.

Our family had an outstanding experience working with Daniel B and Southern Restoration. After suffering damage from a broken pipe in one of our exterior walls, we needed significant repairs on a bedroom, bathroom, and the crawl space below. Daniel, our project manager, was patient, organized, and incredibly responsive. He communicated clearly every step of the way and kept us regularly informed about the budget—no surprises. Southern Restoration and their subcontractors did top-notch work, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Southern Restoration to anyone! It was an easy process and Daniel kept me updated and explained each step. Everything was in house which made it very convenient to go through one company from start to finish.

Jacob and his crew were extremely helpful in helping us deal with the our flooded basement that occurred from tropical storm Chantal. They were prompt and knowledgeable. We had a great experience and would use Jacob and his crew if we ever have an issue like this again in the future.

We had water in our crawlspace when TS Chantel came through. Our damage was minimal, but still needed to be addressed. The terrific technicians from Southern Restoration came on Saturday to evaluate. They took care of the immediate needs while they were here, and will return when things settle to do a full improvement. We are very happy with them and their service. 10/10 would recommend.

Our master bath had extensive damage due to an unknown leak behind the shower wall. Jacob’s team did an amazing job! From the beginning of the project with the demo crew to the end, with contractors who perfectly reconstructed the floor and walls, installed tile and shower glass and painted, the job exceeded our expectations. Daniel Borrellie, the project manager, was an excellent communicator, keeping us informed and juggling the schedules of the contractors to make sure the project stayed on track. I highly recommend them!!

We have a store in Chapel Hill, NC that was flooded by rains from Tropical Storm Chantal. Jacob and his team came and did an extraction and drying of our carpet the next day. They were very prompt and helpful, and did a great job helping us to get back on our feet! Would definitely recommend them for restoration work!

My dishwasher sprung a leak and caused massive damage to my flooring and through the ceiling below it. Southern Restoration was so quick and descriptive to finding the solution. I have no idea how things like that work, and after meeting Jacob and his team I knew there was nothing left to worry about. They did a stellar job, if you ever need work done you have to call Southern Restoration. Best experience in a bad situation I’ve ever had.
